Hello there! I’m Tricia, Your Ally in ADHD
I’m so glad you’re here! As an ADHD Coach, my mission is to help families and youth navigate the challenges of ADHD with understanding, empathy, and personalized support. I’m a wife, a mother, and someone deeply passionate about empowering others to embrace ADHD and build a future full of possibility.
Before becoming an ADHD coach, I spent over a decade as a hairstylist. During that time, I learned the importance of truly listening, supporting, and providing space for my clients to share their stories. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in coaching, where I could offer meaningful guidance and support to individuals and families facing ADHD challenges.
When my son was diagnosed with ADHD, I was also diagnosed. As I learned more about his experiences, I realized how much of his struggles reflected my own. This shared understanding deepened my connection to his journey and fueled my desire to help other families facing similar challenges. My path led me to create an educational coloring and activity book designed to help children better understand what’s happening inside their brains, empowering them to feel confident and capable in their own unique ways of thinking and learning.
Supporting Your Family’s Journey
ADHD is not a one-size-fits-all experience. Every child, teen, and family faces their own unique challenges, and my role is to help you uncover strategies and tools that work for your specific needs. Through personalized coaching, I listen, support, and guide families to build strong, supportive connections that will help your child succeed, not just now, but in the years to come.
With the right guidance, children with ADHD can gain the skills, self-awareness, and confidence they need to navigate life's challenges with resilience and determination. Together, we’ll create a strong foundation for their future. Helping them grow into the capable, confident individuals they’re meant to be.
Let’s Connect
I’d be honored to be your ally in this journey. If you're curious about ADHD coaching or how my book can support your child’s understanding of ADHD, I invite you to reach out for a complimentary consultation. Together, we’ll explore how I can best support your child, teen and family in building stronger connections and preparing for a successful future.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Coaching is not therapy or counseling, so what’s the difference?
Counseling typically focuses on addressing past emotional, psychological, or mental health challenges, such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, or relationship difficulties. Counseling often helps individuals heal from deeper wounds and work through unresolved issues.
Coaching focuses on setting and achieving specific goals, enhancing performance, and developing skills. It is future-oriented and emphasizes personal development and accountability.
Therapy (or psychotherapy) addresses emotional and psychological challenges, helping individuals explore past experiences and heal from trauma or mental health issues. It often involves diagnosis and treatment of psychological conditions.
Disclaimer:
Coaching is not a substitute for counseling or therapy. While coaching can complement the work done in therapy or counseling and provide valuable support, it does not replace the need for professional mental health services. If you are seeking therapy or counseling, please contact a qualified mental health professional. Your well-being is important, and it is essential to find the right support for your needs.

Curious About ADHD Coaching for Your Child or Teen?
Here’s What to Expect in a Coaching Consultation for Your Child
When you schedule a consultation, it’s a chance for us to connect and explore whether ADHD coaching can benefit your child and your family. During this conversation, we’ll focus on three key areas:
Personalized Connection
We’ll begin by discussing your child’s unique experiences, challenges, and strengths. I’ll listen to your insights as a parent and explore how coaching can support your child in navigating ADHD and finding success on their own terms.
Explore the Coaching Fit
This is a no-pressure opportunity to see if ADHD coaching is the right approach for your child. We’ll talk about your goals for them and how we can work together as a team to ensure the coaching aligns with their needs. It’s important that both your child and your family feel comfortable with the process.
Next Steps
By the end of the consultation, I’ll outline how the coaching sessions can be tailored to your child’s needs. We’ll discuss how coaching can help them manage ADHD, develop their confidence, and create strategies for success—while keeping you, as parents, involved and supportive.
